I came up through SEO, content and growth: first on a Shopify store I ran while studying marketing, then for agency clients and in-house teams. The longer I did that work, the more often the website itself was the constraint.

A report can only point at a problem. I wanted to fix it, so I started designing and building the thing I was trying to improve: the pages, the interface, the integrations behind them and the experience a customer actually has.

That is how I tend to work. I keep following a problem into the next discipline until I understand how the whole thing works. Growth led to design, design to development, development to the systems underneath. Jardine Studio is where they meet.

Who I work with best

Owner-run businesses past the point where the website can just exist.

No real website yet.

Running on referrals, social media or a placeholder page, and now it needs a credible site for the next stage.
